It was a big decision! We replaced all of our windows. Karl came out and measured and quoted. Karl was knowledgable,articulate, compassionate, fun and extremely accurate! All of our blinds fit back in perfectly! It was a true pleasure dealing with him as he listened and kindly alleviated all of our concerns. I would also like to give a very honourable mention to Ryan one of the installers on this job. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Thank-you!
