Bought a new Kenmore fridge and stove from Sears. The salesman pushed a specific model of the fridge with the incentive being that we would get an Energy Star rebate on the fridge.
A few months later, we got the rebate form rejected for the fridge being a clearance model fridge.
Also, the fridge arrived with two dented doors which took 5 months to replace. The customer service strung us along week to week and would not give us a good estimate as to when the replacement doors would arrive.
