Bought a 2000$ Sectional and the Warranty. Couch springs went all wonky after LESS THAN A YEAR. Asked about my warrantee. They said if you don't keep the paper they will not honor it. I will never shop here again!!! Buyer Beware!

they have a good selection of furniture. The salesman we dealt with was good. I am happy with my bedroom suite, basement furniture, but not with living room furniture. There was a flaw in manufacturing with the finishing of the wood in the sofas. We called for a serviceman from house 2 home to come and fix the problem. The guy that came was extremely rude and condescending. He even said that that was they way the furniture was supposed to be. He didn't fix the problem and even said that he spent too long at my house. He just spray painted the wood and didn't even sand it down. I didn't bother talking to the manager. I wouldn't shop there again because of this incident. it's quite unfortunate because we liked most of our furniture from there and spent quite a bit of money there.

i had a good shopping experience. The prices were quite reasonable for the quality of furniture. The selection wasn't the greatest, but I found what I was looking for. I'm very happy with the purchase. The delivery was smooth. I didn't have any problems. I would shop there again.

Recently purchased a bed and dresser here. Compared lots of other furniture prices to this store and ultimately found that this was the best deal on a solid wood sleigh bed and dresser to match. The furniture is made in Canada and I was able to choose the colour that I wanted (there were about 10-15 to choose from). It takes about 8 weeks for the furniture to come. The only problem with their service is that, if you choose not to get the furniture delivered and pick it up yourself, you are only able to pick it up at their warehouse during weekdays from 10-5:30 - difficult for those with busy schedules who can't take holidays! Otherwise, you can pick up the furniture whenever you want (even leave it at the store for 3-4 months if you can't take the furniture right away) and the staff is excellent!
