How impressed we were with the work they did....We are in the process of selling our house so we had the carpets cleaned by another company last weekend - referral from a friend. OMG, i was so upset as he put more stains on my couch than we had. Stairs looked horrible and one of my rooms, he missed so many areas that i could pick the dirt with my fingers. He kept on saying there is no garanty and he did the best he could. Here was 225$ in the drain. The guy stayed at our house for hours ( talking abt personal stuff and not working). My husband decided to call Rafi from Royal CArpet and ask for his staff to come and see if they can do better. They were here on time (Good Friday holiday too) and cleaned everything in less than 2 hrs. OMG, HOW HAPPY I WAS....my couch looked like new. My stairs looked cleaned. No dirt. You could see a difference immediately. We are sorry we wasted our money on the other company and will know next time. Guys were super nice and very professionnal. GREAT JOB!!!
