I bought a new home in February 2013. The sales staff - Tracy, site supervisor - Shane and home inspector - Bruce were all really great. They were knowledgable, helpful and quickly answered all my questions. I like my house, it was nicely designed with a great layout.

Sadly, after I moved in my relationship with Trico went downhill. Dealing with customer service is difficult and Trico seems to busy too handle the amount of customers they have. I waited 2 weeks for a response to my email and had to followup because they lost it. I have been referred to suppliers who are equally difficult and have to take multiple days off work for service calls. I have now stopped calling them and finished grading the loam under my deck at my own time and expense. Today, I feel more like a project manager than a homeowner.

We had looked at a few other builders but we are overjoyed we decided to go with Trico. They had the best layouts/ floor plans and the experience was perfect. Sales took what we wanted and made sure everything was as we chose, the design portion was incredible, at design she didn't overwhelm with too many choices as she listened to us and what we liked and showed us what worked with our style. The Site and assistant site supervisors were the best people i have ever met, they were extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable, they explained things so i could understand and if i had a question or concern it was taken care of immediately. The whole experience was more then i could have imagined and the house we have is perfect. I can't imagine going with anyone else and would recommend Trico in a heartbeat.

This is our first house and so far the house and the neighbourhood has been great. The sales team was very nice, helpful, and informative, and the same goes for the warranty team.

When my husband and I began looking for a home we decided that we wanted to build our own house. After viewing several showhomes and floorplans in the NW area we walked into a Trico showhome and fell in love. We sat down in the living room and knew that this house was perfect for us. From beginning to end, we could not have been happier. The sales team was helpful, kind and genuine and the quality of our home has exceeded our expectations. I have recommended Trico Homes to many friends and family members and will not hesitate to continue doing so.

Trico homes delivers a world class experience. From sales to services, they have proven their excellence as a builder. Trico made it a stress-free procedure and did not bump into any problems . There were no issues getting a hold of anyone, throughout construction and our time here. The quality of our home says enough to say that Trico's one of the best builders out there.

My first house in my life in 2012, I have been so much satisfying with my wife. Darcy was good advisor to me, I appreciate her, and good customer services from Leah and Clayton. This is kind of tiny style of town house that is nothing problem to me as just couple. I have wonderful green view across patio. So good value of house with reasonable price.

As the first time home owner in Calgary, I found Trico was very helpful and very straight forward. From the marketing to the hand over, everything has been conducted with full integrity. Most of the repairs needed to be done as the result of the house walk around came from Trico rep. He spotted it and got it fixed. That's the type of honesty that I always look for.

We bought a Spec home with Trico in 2012, all of the Trico representatives have been great to work with so far from the front line sales to the service and warranty department. Any house deficiency we have found so far has been taken care of to our satisfaction in a timely matter. We still have some deficiencies to take care of but in general the customer service and quality of work recieved from Leah and Clayton has been exceptional.

Trico Homes has provided me with exceptional service. Shelina W. diligently worked with me and relayed messages to the Trico team to be resolved if necessary. Shelina was always there for me even on her day off. Any questions concerns were always responded to quickly. The showhome is close by my home and Shelina was always visiting making sure all ok and just to say hello. The newsletter was also a nice touch. I can't say enough to describe how Trico has helped me make this transition to my new home very positive. Trico builds beautiful homes but more than that their service is touched by kindness of their staff. I recommend them 100%

I build my first home with Trico in 2012, all of the Trico representatives were awesome to work with and would like to work with them again in the future. I felt that the process was a bit rushed but if i were to build again the pace would be fine since i would have done it before. The home did have a bit more deficiencies then i expected but between the construction and warranty process everything was taken care of.
