We took possession of our new home April 30 and to date have been very pleased with the house and the entire building process. There are a couple unresolved issues still at hand but they have been identified and are in the process of being addressed. The Trico team from start to finish have been very committed to ensuring the home builder is respected and all concerns are taken care of. I would definitely recommend Trico Homes and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Hal and Samantha and Sarah were the BEST to work with!!

When we were looking at getting our first home we decided to build to enable us put in our personal touches. We searched web sites to know the best builders around, Trico never came up, but we strongly disagree with the search after visiting the Trico Show home at Beacon Heights, we fell in love with the 2 show homes, we love the organization of the homes. We were at more than 6 diffrent show homes before Trico and we went back to check those show homes again after checking out Trico homes. We cannot but to return to Trico Homes.
The Sales team was wonderful, Joanne was very personal about our needs, really she made us so comfortable that we visit her every other day until we seal our deal. We were promised about 91/2 months because of basement development, they delivered in 9 months despite the extended hash weather conditions.
The quality of our home is quite impressive, our observations during construction were promptly attended to and good considerations were given to our various needs.
The follow up after we took possesion of our home is outstanding.
We have every good reasons to recommend Trico homes.
As for us, not because Trico built out home but because others who visited also said so, TRICO HOMES SHOULD BE AMONG THE TOP 3 BUILDERS IN CALGARY.

We bought our first home with Trico and are very happy. We were given 8- 9 months time frame to build our house but to our surprise the house was build in about 7 months. There were few hiccups during the construction but the outcome is pretty good. I would definitely recommend TRICO to our friends and family.

This is the 3rd home my husband and I have built and we have been very pleased with the level of customer service after moving into our house. Normally homebuilders have the reputation of leaving its customers high and dry after the move in date, however this has not been our experience at all with Trico Homes. We moved into a very unique property and we love the quality of our home, the beautiful finishes and the professionalism of the Trico representatives we continue to be in contact with.

Defenitely big thanks to the girls at Trico: Erin and Carmen. They were incredible in providing all the information we wanted, and updates during construction. They always tried to look after our interests. House was completed a little late (according to what they had forecasted at first). Quality of the house seems good, good finishes, and now just starting to deal with a few corrections they need to make. Overall, we are really satisfied and would defenitely recommend Trico to our friends.

As a first time builder it is always very daunting finding a building company to trust with your investment.

Throughout the process I was kept up-to-date and once building began updates were sent weekly.

There were a few little hiccups towards the end which TRICO HOMES, it was very dissipate at the moment that we found out
that our home wasn't a 9" ceiling as we thought, after some discussions, at the end we decide to continues with
the construction, because still a good price for the home at that moment.

Overall it was a very smooth process and the project was finished ahead of time.

Trico have designed and built a great family home for us.
We receive lots of compliments on the look of the house and we are very happy with how our family has settled in.

Our experience with Trico was nothing short of impressive. My fiancé and I purchased an un-built spec home – ground was broken and the basement was poured. I was responsible for the house hunting since my fiancé works out of town. I can truthfully say, Neil Donnley was the ONLY show home sales representative in town that gave me the time of day… thus, making my builder selection a lot easier. Once our offer was accepted we were treated like family. From Neil at the show home, to Sarah at the design center, we were always in contact and given multiple updates. We came across a design snag when there was confusion about the spec home interior colors. Rest assured Neil and Sarah pulled off a “Christmas miracle” and allowed us to select our colors. This was my third experience building a house, so I figured the process would be pretty straightforward. To my surprise, Trico does things different; in a good way. I was delighted to receive multiple emails from Neil with pictures of the construction process – that’s something the other builder’s did not do. This allowed my fiancé to be apart of the building process and got us really excited. I was also amazed with the construction team during our possession day walk through… they seemed to point out more deficiencies than my fiancé and I did! We truly felt like Trico had our best interests at heart. All deficiencies were perfected for move in day. We love our home and couldn’t be happier we put our faith in Trico. I would most definitely use them in the future and recommend them to all my family and friends! ?

Great company and great sales staff, Just very disappointing to find problems in the house that were there from day one but only just showed up after the one year warranty period and Trico passes the buck and does nothing about it. We had a water leak which my wife and I had to troubleshoot and fix on our own. We had trico tell us to call their plumber which we did. The plumber made a large hole in the ceiling and didn't find where the leak was coming from so he left. This evening we found that the faucet for our tub wasn't sealed with plumbers putty so water was running down an open hole. Long story short, if the the plumber from day one would have done their job we would not have a ceiling hole that we have to pay to have fixed because the job would have been done right the first time. My only complaint is that their warranty doesn't cover cosmetic damages even though the damage was done with water dripping over the course of the year and a half. Make sure you check and recheck everything they do in the first year and then some because after the warranty period is up they will tell you to figure it out on your own.
