Everything was done on time or shortly after. Our site supervisor, Peter, addressed all our concerns and explained things to us frankly and openly. This was our first experience building a new home and we are so happy with the result.

I recently bought a investment property from Trico Homes. I am based out of Ontario but the process was so smooth with the team of Trico Homes that it doesn't feel like I was doing a long distance transaction. I never visited at the site but I was getting biweekly update of the construction progress. The project started on time and end on time without any surprises. I Highly recommend Trico Homes.

Most good part was getting the progress updates with photos. Overall build quality is good and we are happy with our house purchase.

I was able to talk to a representative without hesitation anytime to get the status of my build. They also use a third party service to make sure that my move went smoothly, to ordering garbage bins to postal keys to providing correct links to services. I cannot recommend Trico Homes. I have tried contacting their senior leadership directly and they have brushed my concerns aside. The house I bought is full of defects and was not ready on the day of possession. Too many obvious mistakes are present. Their sales material states they have "built a reputation of trust and integrity by treating every client and employee like family..". Trico Homes has not done that in my case. Perhaps my home was the exception. Perhaps not. I am disappointed Trico Homes leadership team has chosen to ignore and dismiss me in such a cruel manner. This is not the way their sales material or marketing states they treat customers.
