We chose to build with Trico as they had a development in the desirable neighbourhood of Coach Hill. We are very pleased with both the service and home quality provided by Trico. Kelsey was exceptionally good to deal with. We enjoyed the process at the design centre, which allowed us to choose our finishings all in one place. Overall, we would highly recommend Trico.

Amazing Experience!

I purchased home with Trico Developers last year. In the last one year, I couldn't be more amazed with the overall customer service I was provided with. The team is professional and very compassionate. I couldn't find any issues with the workmanship and quality of the home. The warranty service was superb and all my emails and requests were entertained in a timely fashion. Trico will be my choice again in case i decided to build a new home in future. Highly recommended.

My wife and I recently purchased a spec home from Trico. The sales team at the Belmont sales center were very pleasant to deal with and made the home buying experience a breeze. We had some issues regarding some minor paint touch ups and grading around the house before our move in date, but everything was fixed before we moved. We would definitely recommend Trico Homes to our friends and family.

This was our first time building our home and Trico made the experience very easy and seamless. From the moment we walked into the first Trico showhome, the attention to detail the Sales Manager provided us we knew Trico was the Builder we wanted this experience to be with. From providing us a realtor who sold our old house in record time to a wonderful lawyer who took care of everything for us. We were not wrong the process was virtually perfect from beginning to end. The ending product was a beautiful house with nearly no issues from build to move in. We will definitely recommend Trico to anyone wanting to build a new house based on our experience with them.

While I have owned several homes before buying from Trico, they were always resale.
Now that I bought my first new home from Trico, it would be difficult to go back to a resale home. Trico does a fantastic job from the pre-sales process, throughout the selection process, during construction, and most importantly in the meticulous level of detail on the final fit and finish.
Thank you to John, our site super in Carrington and the whole Trico team on a great job delivering a beautiful new home.
Its the little things they do that make the difference and you can see how much they care in the quality of workmanship!

Dream Home Come True

I bought a Newly Built Townhouse, we had an amazing experience with my family. Trico Homes gave us a wonderful support and they always update me for the development of my house construction until the day of house turnover. The management are very friendly and supportive to all our needs. They always responds to all our needs and request for any maintenance issues. They gave us great deal and satisfying Guarantee for our new house. Because of these I will say that I have a "Peace of Mind".
