We came across a newspaper add for "Legacy" and decided to check it out immediately. Great location, ammentities and builders.
From the get-go, the customer service / sales experience with Trico has been fantastic.
Both Erin and Carmen representing "Legacy" have been incredible to work with.
They are very pleasant, prompt and knowledgeable. They make a great team assisting the Trico customers of Legacy.
Chris, the construction manager, is knowledgeable, resourceful and honest. The home-build process has been stress-free.
My recommendation, if you're looking to purchase new, check out Legacy. Trico has been great to work with and they build great homes.
