We fell in love with the Fairmont in Hillcrest the first time we looked at it. The only people we really dealt with was the warranty team on our possession day walk thru. Derek Allen and Rino Calvitti were AMAZING!!! They were very professional and knowledgeable about the quality and high standards that Trico Homes is known for. I had an issue, left a msg for Derek and within 2 hours Rino was at my door ready to fix the cabinet door. The customer service was exceptional! We love our new home and will definitely be recommending Trico Homes to anyone building/buying a new home in the future! Thank you for making our home purchase a great experience.
