Customer service is terrible. They don't show they care about your concerns. They're never attentive to your frustrations. We bought our house in May 2013. It's a 1,680 sq. ft. House, so mot big really. There were various delays on the drafting and building sides. Additionally, they took three months to frame the house when it usually takes 1.5 months. We tried talking to them and made us feel as we were worried about nothing and that they should not be rushing as everything was under good timing. Terrible service and they showed no care for us.
