We bought a spec home from Trico in November as the home had everything we had been looking for. Our move was quick, all happening in 2 to 3 weeks. The Trico staff was very helpful in ensuring that our home was ready for us, in particular Sharon and Carmine at the sales office ( Sharon even spent lots of time on her days off to help us ), the construction foreman , Gary, was also very helpful.
We are very pleased with our home.
