This is the second home I've built and the Tricos experience was far more superior. I will give most of the credit to the Sales Manager (Clint Pilon) as he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. Also the Building Manager was very helpful as well and the trades people were friendly. What I found most impressive was that the Sales Manager always made himself available and never gave the impression we were bolther some.. Very good additude by ALL.
Throughout the building process all deadlines were met. The building manager/sales manager were helpful in the sense of giving very good feed back and suggestions that helped us with decisions when planning the house.
Been in the house for 2 months now and I haven't had to chase down any contractors regarding follow ups. They have all made the effort to contact me and request scheduling for follow ups.
All in All a very good experience and I will and have recommmended Trico to others.
