We bought a Quick Possession with Trico and the entire purchase process was exceptional along with the support of the staff. The house has excellent finishes and so far everything has exceeded expectations. We have had to call them on a few occasions and the response time is immediate with very good customer service. I definitely recommend Trico as a home builder
