Poor after sales service by Trico
The process and service was good till the move-in but after that it seems like Trico doesn't care once the builder has been paid. I can understand that there may be some delays but atleast Trico can share tentative timelines when external work such as painting, driveway, grading, etc. Will be done. However, no one at Trico is sharing that information. I wonder if its that difficult to look at the project schedule and share the information. Also, during the pre-possesion walk through a number of things were documented to be repaired and to my surprise almost none were fixed at the possesion. Even the painter on the possession day did half of the work.
