Li ed from the start and lawyer involved to communicate with them
Trico homes has had me go thru multiple people within their company getting higher each time to solve every problem and every time time I had to explain how they were making this project harder and harder they were not honest with me unfortunately I only found out a year later when they did not follow thru on what they said they would do. When it came to communication trico does not get back in a timely manner. I had to go to a lawyer In order to communicate with trico that is how bad it got only then they started to pay attention. I didn’t go into much detail as it’s a long winded story but hope this gets to the point.
Conveniently they forgot to give me a satisfaction survey at 30 days and 6 months I’m sure they will forget come one year as well but they only want good reviews
