Superkul Architect

Superkul designed a building for us. First they overcharged by charging for things already done. They were unresponsive to our questions and the builder's questions when needed, resulting in more expenses as we waited for replies. Critical elements were not supplied on time. Now, a few years later, parts of the building are suffering significant water damage due to the design (not construction) requiring me to have a contractor do major repairs. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM unless you want years of frustration and anger.
