I hired this company to give me an assessment on my furnace as well as the hot water heater tank for insurance purposes. After they came in, they recommended to replace the water heater as well as the control panel to the furnace. The water heater tank had a pipe attached which was leaking water. Since the water heater tank had a 1 year warantee from the company for repairs, I called Park Aire for them to see it and fix it. After several communication with Darren and the office, they were pretty dismissive saying that the pipe that attaches to the water heater tank is not their responsibility because they didn't install it though they did connect the tank to the pipe and didn't even notice the leak that it was causing. I had to call somebody else to fix it and had to pay more to get it done.
It is now a year after I hired them. Now, I discovered that the panel to the furnace is completely burnt out though it was replaced one year ago. I contacted them again but they said that they would have to charge me to come in to see what was wrong with it. I feel that both jobs were not done properly.
This company will not be accountable for the job that was questionably done. If you have any further issues, they will not come and fix it unless you pay them more money. On top of that, they were dismissive and rude. I guess they just want my money but they will not come in to look at it if you have further issues. This experience has left me very disappointed. I picked this company for their good reviews but that was my first mistake.
