I am very disappointed with Streetside Development and would not recommend them to anyone.
Streetside Developer is not a responsible developer and not transparent cost wise. For example I bought the house in April and had to pay property tax from the beginning of the same year. I emailed them but they never replied. There are other issues cost wise.
1 year warranty after possession is just a false hope which they never address. For an example, the part of concrete step in front of the main door was not final enough and denied to repair. Now its a shelter for mouse risking to enter my house. This would cost the management for ever to control pest which is ultimately our money from condo fee. In an overall my experience with Streetside is horrible .
