I had sterling out last year due to water leaking from my roof and was advised the issue was fixed. With the rain last week my ceiling was leaking in the exact same area however the problem was worse. When I contact Sterling I was advised that it is no longer there issue and they have pretty much washed there hands of it and didn't even offer to come and look. There mission statement " a good builder will be happy to help no matter the circumstances" not at all true in this matter. To say disappointing is an understatement

Tracy, we are sorry you feel this way about your experience with us. Unfortunately your home is well outside the warranty timelines and when we came out last year to assess we did some repairs, again outside of warranty, and then performed a water test once the repairs were complete and did not find any further leaks.
