Trevor (Warranty Technician) & Randy(Customer Satisfaction Manager) have been exceptional in helping us with any repairs and completion of our outstanding seasonal items. They are always prompt in setting up work orders for any of our requests. They show that they really care about how we feel as customers. They both ensured we got refunded for overcharges on our water bills due to leakage in the toilets in our home after making sure that the repairs were done as soon as we noticed and informed them. They also helped to contact the construction team about our outstanding seasonal items, ensuring we got all sorted before the start of cold season and to avoid any push to next season.
