My parents used this company over a decade ago and now as a homeowner I have used them twice. Both times with great service. The most recent was a larger project involving all front windows of my house. I received several quotes but nothing compared to the patience and explanations Karl provided. He spent hours doing to quote to describe everything and also talked about future planned work as well. The install also was well done with any concerns being addressed. I will most certainly be coming back to them in the future.

Over the years Superior has replaced every window and door in our home. In some cases we had to have them replace doors and windows that had already been replaced by companies with inferior products. This last job of replacing our 9ft sliding glass door and a bay window (which had to be completely rebuilt) was the last of our windows/doors to be replaced by Superior. These folks stand behind their products, are willing to come by and fix up the smallest little thing (even years after the product had been installed) and are so responsive to every inquiry.

From start, when Karl comes to quote, to when Jay comes to do the installation, they are professional, friendly and committed to ensuring the absolute satisfaction of their customer.

I had a new exterior door installed yesterday. It had to be a custom order because is the odd size. The new door looks terrific and as always Superior Home Improvement installers did a great job. This is the third door they have installed. They are a pleasure to work with and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending them for future work.

Highly commend the work done by Superior Home Imp. This is my second time with them (the patio door installation 5 years ago was fabulous). We had Superior Home Improvements in to replace a powder room window, bay window and sliding glass door for us in March 2021. Karl was very helpful and helped us choose the right products for our needs and budget. We felt confident in their expertise, particularly in bay windows. Jay took very accurate measurements and on install day everything fit like a glove. Their service was efficient, expertly handled and friendly. Superior Home Improvements just installed my new patio door and I want to say how happy I am with the job they did. I love my new door – it looks really nice, it’s solid, it glides so smoothly when opening/closing and I love the kicklock feature! It is a good quality door that will last a very long time. I can’t say enough about the customer service – it’s top notch! My dealings with Karl and Jay were nothing short of amazing from my initial call for a quote to the completion of my project. Karl was very quick to provide a quote and respond to any messages and both he and Jay were so nice to deal with. Jay did the installation and did a great job – he was punctual, got the job done in the timeline I was given, and cleaned up afterwards. These guys are reliable, hard working and always pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling them when I need more work done. I highly recommend them!

The salesman, Karl, took the time when I was ordering to make sue that my front doors were the best match for the brick and that the large section at the top provided my raised bungalow with privacy. I had two other exterior doors installed and everything slides or closes so easily. Polite installers and great job all around. These guys were great. They responded quickly and gave a very detailed quote after spending a lot of time discussing my job. They had excellent solutions for challenges that my job presented - affordable and great looking way to cover up an old window. The installer came to measure additional challenging areas - old house - nothing is square. They were efficient, respectful and clean. Worked room by room. Removed old windows and weights with limited but necessary damage (removed posts). When I was not happy with the colour of the flashing (because the available brochures don't really represent the exact or right colour) they came up with a great solution and worked hard to make it right. The accomplished their goal and left me a fully satisfied customer. Plus I love my new back door especially - it lets in tonnes of light, no cold air and shuts tight with a feather touch!
