Superior Home Improvements just installed my new patio door and I want to say how happy I am with the job they did. I love my new door – it looks really nice, it’s solid, it glides so smoothly when opening/closing and I love the kicklock feature! It is a good quality door that will last a very long time. I can’t say enough about the customer service – it’s top notch! My dealings with Karl and Jay were nothing short of amazing from my initial call for a quote to the completion of my project. Karl was very quick to provide a quote and respond to any messages and both he and Jay were so nice to deal with. Jay did the installation and did a great job – he was punctual, got the job done in the timeline I was given, and cleaned up afterwards. These guys are reliable, hard working and always pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling them when I need more work done. I highly recommend them!
