Whatever Optima sells -- buy it! Very very impressed with staff and cx service. Very high caliber. Everything they promised, they delivered. They keep the cx in the loop at all times. Below is the letter in full that I sent back to Chris at Optima as feedback (on my own accord and unsolicited). In short, go for Optima for sure!

Hi Chris.

This is Orry and Hazel. Hope you are having a nice long weekend and if I may say, a very Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Chris, I just wanted to say how pleased Hazel and I were with our whole customer experience with Optima Windows. To be honest, when you told us on the first day when you came to our house, how high Optima's rating by customers was, I thought to myself 'sure, nice sales pitch and we'll see'. But now I really see how very true that statement was. Hazel and I were in fact, very impressed with our whole customer experience with Optima -- with you, with Art, with Oleg, with Maxim and with Ben.

Last night at a family Thanksgiving dinner, we were sharing with our family how impressed we were with our total experience at Optima. We encouraged them to sincerely consider pursuing Optima for their window solutions. We shared with them how impressed we were with every staff member at Optima, and the consistency of quality, professionalism and customer service we received. I don't know who is behind all this success at Optima and your team, but you all really seem to truly understand the concept of giving your customers a great customer service experience -- from start to finish. I was repeatedly impressed watching Maxim and Oleg, going about their tasks with such uninterrupted focus, professionalism and skill. In short, Hazel and I were very very impressed with Optima and every single staff member that came in to our house. Truly we received a very very high caliber of customer service excellence at Optima. Please let Art, Oleg, Maxim and Ben know how effective they are in their jobs. It really does show.

We had the windows installed by Optima Windows about half a year ago and they still look and work amazing. Good job guys! Have also referred several friends to use the service.

I have had a positive experience with this company so far. I am happy with the windows and installation. Installers were professional, quick and clean. Shutters were removed and reinstalled as well.

We have the windows, front door and sliding doors installed for $16,000.
Issues:
-I did not know at the time that we signed up that Chris will be installing retro windows.
-Chris said that the windows will not reflect the temperature outside because he said that he got this new technology from Germany. He brought in a sample window for demonstration. But the windows installed were not the same as the sample. Our windows get very cold and moist.
-We also have problems with the doors as they were not sealed properly. They were always moist/wet around the doors and floors.
-The company gave lifetime warranty windows but Chris would come nor return my calls to solve the issues.

have tried to reach them since doors were installed in August 2007...number out of service and have left message on cell but not return of call and usually not available when called...doors are not sealed correctly...bad drafts...hardware does not fit right...when installed left holes in wall at front entrance and damaged door trim also...great warranty offered but not able to reach them!!!!!!!!!
