Haber Homes Construction

We love our new home and would totally buy from Haber Homes again! Our friends all tell us they love the open concept kitchen/living room. The service was great. There were only a few minor issues we noticed after we moved in but the builder took care of it right away. I only had to call once and they were there. They were polite and clean and we have had no problems since. Now that they have finished the landscaping the street looks amazing!

I hear my neighbours constantly closing their doors- it doesn't matter if they close it lightly. I can hear them running around the house, up and down the stairs. They used green tape to paint- what kind of professional company does this? I see pieces of the tape everywhere in the washrooms/hallways. They stained the stairs and some is on the ceiling but they didn't bother to paint over it. They have taken months to complete the decks, patio, driveway and landscaping. The backyard still is not complete- they started at least in March (it's now Sept). They did the driveway with Asphalt and it's not even smooth. The interlocking was not put in correctly- pieces would fall off the side when stepping which is very dangerous for elderly. Almost twisted my ankle. None of the window screens were put in correctly, all have come off and even the screen door to the balcony was not in properly.
Would never purchase a Haber home again.

This townhouse is beautiful but the construction is not good. I can smell it in my home every time the neighbours are cooking, it's disgusting and i don't even understand how this is possible but have to run my stove fan. I can hear the neighbours snoring through the walls, running up and down the stairs. The lights were installed backwards, doors did not shut properly. The lock is messed up.
Am not please with this home.

Not pleased with the quality of workmanship. After 1 year we are having trouble with balcony door for a second time and cracks in drywall in upper and lower levels of house
