I have used SylJack for 4 years. Service has been spotty and tardy. As of Dec 31/12, I have left daily multi-messages on their Cornwall service line requesting a cleanup for myself and my neighbour. There has been no action or acknowledgements.
I emailed SylJack on Jan 1 and again today. Today I called the Montreal headquarters and got a taped message. My final and last option was to fax a written complaint, which I just did.
I will seek another service next snow season.
