Just a brief word of recommendation for anyone who is considering New Steel Roofers as their provider of a steel roof. On behalf of the Anglican Church of Our Saviour in Don Mills, Ontario, I included this vendor in a new roof initiative that was being undertaken in 2009.
Opting for the long term value equation of going with a steel roof versus traditional asphalt, we collectively chose to deal with New Steel Roofers. I personally dealt with Max Guerra from job quoting right through project management and it could not have been handled more professionally. Timely follow up phone calls, references and extra information provided, pictures of similar jobs, personal information sessions and complete project details in advance were all part of my dealings with Max and I felt in excellent hands throughout. The project started and finished on time, the clean-up was thorough and the project was exactly on budget.
This was an enormous budgetary undertaking for our Church and New Steel Roofers' expertise and commitment to customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. A pleasure to deal with the company and Max and I would heartily recommend them for any steel roof consideration.
