Old roof was leaking so I researched into getting a metal roof installed. I'm a little hands on and I wanted to make sure it's done right. I looked at different systems and got 3 different companies to quote their installation. I didn't even hear back from two other outfits. Max from New Steel gave me a couple of installation options and provided answers for my concerns. I also had to clarify with Max on the brand of the roof he was quoting me. I went with their double strapping installation, which is what I think is the proper way. At first Max stated since my roof was leaking, they will look to get it done within 3 weeks. On later followup with the very helpful Holly in the office, I got the fact that it takes about a month to get the material. The material came exactly a month after my order and the install crew came few days later. They addressed all the details of my installation concerns, including removing/re-installing some vinyl siding to properly join with new roof. They were polite too, cleaned the site everyday. I'm very happy with the overall work.
