The painter did a good job but not enough paint was purchased and really tried to stretch the paint leaving some area inadequately painted that initially looked okay but I discovered later on and had to repaint.

I'm sorry to hear you've recently found any issue with the paint we applied almost 4 years ago, and if you had only contacted us with your concern directly, we would have happily addressed the matter for you. In fact, we provided you with a detailed written two-year warranty on our workmanship, as we do with all our projects. As you've experienced for yourself, we can't see slight imperfections in most lighting conditions, which is why we have this warranty for anything we may have missed while we were there. It took you almost four years to discover the thin area of paint, so it's not likely our painters would have noticed it inside of 3 hours. So, I'm not sure what's prompted you to feel the need to sully our good reputation for quality work by airing your concern publicly here, rather than contact us directly for such a simple matter, and if I knew your identity, I would certainly have reached out to help you. But as you've chosen to remain anonymous, please accept our apologies for causing you this much concern, and feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to discuss the matter further. - DEE
