If you are dealing with associate Mo(hamed) think twice. This is my story: 1 more week and it is 7 (seven) months science I give him an advance of $1000 for shutters for one window. He promised to have them ready in 5 weeks and after 5 months and many calls excuses and cancelations many of them in the very same day when I took day off waiting for him to install my shutters he managed to bring the sides and the middle which I are not aligning properly. He promised the arch to finish the job in 1 week and now it is almost 2 months latter and I am still waiting. On his last call, 2 weeks ago he informed me that the arch it is too big and must altered and will be ready on Friday…too bad he did not specified the year and month…..He give me an invoice, a business card and his caller id and voice mail will direct you to Trueview company and in fact you are dealing with his personal business and Trueview is not taking any responsibility for his job. If this is the king of service you are looking for….you got the man for the job!
