Pete and Meredith Skinner listened as I described my concerns and then recommended a couple of options to address the issues. They fully understood my concerns and were able to provide me with exactly the remedy I needed at a price I could afford. Pete came to my shop and in a couple of hours had EVERYTHING completed and I did not lose one minute of productivity. PC Service on Site is just what the name says, service. In a service-driven economy this is critical, and I could not be happier with the level of service and courtesy provided. I strongly recommend you avail yourself of the services they provide. Pete was very professional and very accommodating to my schedule. I called Pete, after meeting him at a Trade show, to fix my internet problems with Rogers as they could not seem to help me and I was so frustrated! Not only is my internet much faster, upstairs now has a strong signal, where before it was non-existent! Then 1 week later I was now having email problems with go daddy, their customer support again could not help me, I was beside myself as I could not communicate with my customers, Pete came over right away to help out! He has gone way above the call of duty and would highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!

I have had several "computer experts" service my computer over the years and never used the same person twice just because I was not satisfied with the service, they were either late, didn't show and my computer didn't seem any better. Recently I used PC Service On Site and I am completely satisfied, more than satisfied. I finally have someone I can depend on, someone who knows about computers and someone who shows up when he says he will. This is my new and, hopefully, forever computer guy.

Pete came by and helped us to transfer emails as we changed service providers (and couldn't figure it out ourselves). He ensured that our anti-virus protection was effective, and that our PC set up is performing with optimal efficiency. Pete took the time to answer our questions and is a very knowledgeable, pleasant guy.

Peter was great in helping us set up our new computer and transfer all our previous files and programs. He helped us with wireless aspects of the set up that we had never dealt with before. Peter had tremendous patience and answered all our questions. Unlike some other software/computer support outfits, Peter was willing to deal with all questions versus whatever "package" we may have purchased. This is the second time we've worked with Peter and we wouldn't think of working with anyone else.

My computer was no longer working due to viruses and Peter not only removed the bad stuff, he also optimized the computer so it runs faster, and installed better virus protection. I received excellent, efficient and friendly service provided from Peter. He was patient, easy to speak to, and eager to ensure I understood what was going on.
