Peter was great in helping us set up our new computer and transfer all our previous files and programs. He helped us with wireless aspects of the set up that we had never dealt with before. Peter had tremendous patience and answered all our questions. Unlike some other software/computer support outfits, Peter was willing to deal with all questions versus whatever "package" we may have purchased. This is the second time we've worked with Peter and we wouldn't think of working with anyone else.

We've had great experiences with Pollard Windows' Leaside location. We had 5 windows replaced in the basement last year and just finished having the rest of the windows in the house, plus 2 doors replaced this year. From sales and product delivery to final installation we were very happy. In both jobs, our sales rep (Danny) was patient, knowledgeable and very dedicated to ensuring we were happy with every aspect of each job. Similarly, the installation (by Jeff both times) was exceptional. He was thorough, his attention to detail was great and we also appreciated how he treated our house with respect. We were very impressed with how clean he left the house every day and there was no damage to the existing trim to touch up prior to painting the new wood.
