Pc Service On Site

I contacted PC Service on Site because we need help with our computer. Their response was quick and Pete came to our house within a few days. He was able to clean-up our computer and install the new devices. He also took time to talk to us about our computer and the options available to us.

Approx. a year and a half ago I bought myself a new dell Inspiron laptop. And for some reason I kept getting warnings and pop-ups of my computer being @ risk. I couldn't go back to my retailer sinceu I was tight on a budget and I had a feeling I'd be end up paying more.Pete had assisted me and did a wonderful job finding a solution to my problem. And the charges seemed alright to me as well. I am pretty happy with the services I received. Thanks Guys!

I can't say enough about how great Pete and Meredith are. They come to my home and very patiently explaine how to use my Kobo. They have also been over to help with computer issues including removal of a virus and setting up my wireless network.

Meredith helped me take the leap to the 21st century. Meredith spoke with me to gauge my IT abilities and chose a Blackberry model that would be right for me. She gave me one on one assistance with setting up my Blackberry phone. Meredith even helped me when I was struggling with syncing my contacts and emails and calendar. Great service to assess old PC issues, costed out and bought new PC, came to home, set up new PC, trained me briefly. Great service , nice guy (Pete); definitely recommend!

Since Rogers has changed their internet system, it has been a nightmare. We called Pete and he was able to see us in Muskoka in short notice. He helped us to better understand our needs up north + find the perfect spot for our router.
