Excellent customer service, above and beyond all expectations. PC Service on Site has helped us over the years with a variety of issues including internet, software, hardware and social media frustrations. They do their utmost to make sure their clients are fully satisfied and leave you feeling as though you didn't quite pay enough for their time and expertise. I highly recommend PC Service on Site!

We have been working with you and Jack for several years now from internet installations at the cottage, dealing with the blue screen of death and most recently helping you with your Google + business page. I am so glad that we can be there for you when you need it. Including this year where we used tech to collaborate while you were in Fiji and we were here enjoying the cold winter.

Have used Pete and Meredith on a number of occasions to look after the various computers both business and personal. At all times they have been professional, honest and willing to "dumb things down" for those of us that don't "speak geek". Whenever there has been an issue they have looked after all requirements promptly and are excellent at communicating things to avoid issues in future. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a computer.

Company Response: Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences. When the advice we gave over the phone just didn't do the trick, we came in and ended up having to re install Windows 7, MS Office and other programs. We recommended a good back up solution and installed and configured a Western Digital NAS. We were also able to restore the old data from an external usb drive. We cannot stress enough the importance of having a back up solution. There are lots of options out there to fit your needs.

My computer hard drive crashed on a Sunday. Chris came around on Monday and would have repaired it on site except we had to go out. It was fixed with the OS reinstalled in 2 days. He then helped with restoring some data. Great service!!!

We are happy with the program he recommended and very happy with the post installation service that we have experienced. When switching from my very old PC (still working with Windows XP)to a newer one with Windows 7 as the operating system,
I contacted PC Service on site based on their excellent reviews for help.
Chris arrived on time as promised and did the necessary
things to get the newer PC up and running.
His knowledge, as PC's are concerned, is impressive. He also answered patiently my questions in plain and understandable language.
Should I have another computer problem in the future,
I know that help is available by calling PC Service on site.

Locked out of laptop and router trouble

My laptop refused to recognise my password and wouldn't let me in. For me, that was a huge problem, because I'm in the middle of a move back to Europe and I am constantly emailing documents, arranging movers etc etc.

Despite my router giving me trouble, my ipad managed to get online and I found "PC service on site". I am so happy that I did! I spoke to Meredith and explained my trouble. She thankfully managed to schedule Chris to come round that evening at 5PM.

Chris arrived right on time and he was fantastic! He managed to get to the root of my password trouble and fixed it. He then fixed the problem with the router and then also fixed up some other issues that I had had with my laptop. He really went above and beyond and as a result, I haven't tossed my laptop out of the window in frustration (I was very, very close).

Brilliant experience and won't hesitate to recommend! Fab!

I called this morning for a virus on my computer and couldn't access any emails or internet, as I work from home I needed this fixed ASAP. Peter was at my house within 1 hour and spent the time to fully explain the problems I had, fixed them and also updated and deleted files on my computer. I was more than happy with his knowledge, friendliness and helping me out with such short notice. You will be my call anytime I have computer problems again and will recommend you to anyone that needs help with their computer. Thanks Peter!
