Ottawa, summer 2023. AC stopped working just days before my vacation. I get Anthony from Furnace Factory Direct phone number from my son. Call them with plan to replace 22 years old furnace and AC. He showed up next day (not to mention that I call them after hours) as we scheduled. We set up a contract with installation day upon my return from vacation. Anthony offered to look in to AC what I agreed. But the rain started poring from nowhere. He was committed so I followed them with umbrella and hold the umbrella until he replaced a capacitor on AC. 10 minutes later AC was up and running. Very impressive.
The day we scheduled a replacement his crew showed up on exact time. I was surprised how organized they were. They put a runner from entrance to furnace, replaced it including outdoor unit, coil, new lines even drain line from furnace. Cleaned up as nothing happened. No trace there was a major work. Impressive.
But more impressive was that all work including test run of heating up the house to 25 degree C and colling down to 20 degree C with all the work done just under 5 hours.

My water tank went busted on a Friday before a long weekend so nobody wanted to come or even answer the phone... The couple of companies that picked up wanted to charge a pretty premium or just rip me off... A neighbour recommended Furnace Factory Direct and passed me a card. I got in contact with Carmine, one of the owners. He came the same day and made a number of recommendations that helped me save a couple hundred dollars. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly fair and kind. He had his crew come in the next day and got things done in less than an hour. I was finally able to shower after 5 days!! I'll be forever thankful to Carmine. The best experience I've had dealing with contractors that I can remember.

They installed an America Standard furnace that was far too small in capacity for the size of the home. Thus, during the cold weather, it seems that the furnace never stops running to maintain an adequate temperature in the house. When I checked the AS models, I found that the model they had installed was at the very bottom of the line of AS furnaces. I find it very disturbing during the winter months.

Furnace Factory did an excellent job with my home’s furnace cleaning. The technician explained everything clearly, and provided a thorough inspection. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend this company!

Called FFD on advice of Sears who installed unit many years ago.. Very pleased with quick competent service. Adam explained what he was doing and why at each step of the repair. Left me assured all is now well. Although was here well over an hour charged for only one hour (hope Adam doesn't get hell for that!) Got service and free education!!

My heating/ac unit crashed and I was in a panic. This company is pretty much the sole supplier of these units and I thought they would pretty much make me wait on service. I was very wrong. I had same day service and my choice next day installation. They were fast efficient and clean. The service fellows had a fast follow up to any problems on installation and did a fantastic job. This company (in my opinion) have super friendly, efficient and excellent employees. I ran into a small glitch along the way and they stepped up to the plate. I can't say enough good on this company. I give them a 5 star rating.

We could not of been any happier to purchase a furnace from Furnace Factory Direct. Very impressed with the installers and service that Carmine and his crew delivered. We were given white glove service, they were punctual, professional and cleaned up , very conscientious of our floors and walls. Carmen made sure to arrive almost immediately when we called him, and the furnace was ordered and installed in order to keep us warm without delay. Furnace Factory Direct installed my A/C unit a few years ago and I was impressed. When it was time to convert my oil furnace to a gas one I learned one of my clients worked for them so I gave them a call. They were fantastic, very pleased with my new furnace. I had Furnace Factory Direct install a new American Standard Furnace, and re-route my old heating ducts in order to give me more headroom in the basement. These guys did a great job installing everything from start to finish, and re-used as many ducts as possible .
