Fenex Windows & Doors

If you are thinking about hiring this company, please think twice, or wait for my next review when the work is finally done.
So far it's been nothing but terrible issues:
1. communication is bad!
2. No drop cloths being used despite reassurance they would be 3 times from 3 different people including once the morning the work was starting (our furniture is ruined, and they are not prepared to do anything about it).
3. Communication issues ( I cannot stress this enough- they are terrible!!)
4. Leaving a week into a $20K job, advising they will be back a month later to complete the work they promised we would have completed in mid-November - they want to come back Dec 12th for a job that is only half done!
I will write a full detailed review (including any positives that may come out of this by the end, and I sooo hope there are some) but so far, other than the wonderful initial consult/quote we had on day 1, it's been nothing but horrible issues since the day I paid the deposit back in Sept 2016.

I read the 2 previous reviews about Fenex in complete disbelief, as our experience with Fenex, both products and staff, was excellent! From the pre-sale discussions and review of options with Stéphane, to the selection of a great looking front entry door - made in Canada!!! - as well as skirts to update our bay windows, to the coordination of complementary work carried out, to the post-sale and post-installation follow-up, all work performed and products installed were to the highest customer satisfaction -- and our standards are extremely high: I personally don't hand out '10' ratings willy-nilly. This '10' to Fenex, from our recent experience, is fully warranted.

The product from this company DO NOT LAST they have defective glass. Every window I got installed from them I have to replace the actual glass being used is defective. Don't waste your money on this company . Once the windows installed they never return calls.The mechanism dont last either. Very poor quality product. Be warned!!!

Very pleased with the windows and doors. Sales rep was difficult to communicate with. Also, he failed to tell us about options we had for casings which led to a last minute change, additional costs and delays. Installers would call it a day before 3pm and needed an extra day to complete the entire job despite being guaranteed completion by a certain date.
