We contacted Felicia to assist us in our kitchen renovation. Felicia met us in our home and she went with us to several retailers to assist us in choosing our lighting, taps, sink, back splash and cabinetry. Felicia is a Cambrian Quartz dealer and we purchased our quartz counter top from her and found her price to be very competitive. The Cambrian installers were very professional and did excellent work. We absolutely love our new kitchen and the counter tops look fantastic (no seams which is great).

We would like to thank Felicia for her assistance in our renovation. We really enjoyed working with Felicia who helped us make all the right choices. If we decide to renovate further, Felicia will be the person we will be calling!

We contacted Felicia to help us with choosing paint colours for a home that we just moved into. We knew we wanted to lighten up the walls, but we love bold colours, so we needed help with finding a compromise. Felicia was fun to work with, and helped us select beautiful calming colours, with a couple of bold rooms for fun and character. It's just what we wanted, and we love the colours so far. We'd definitely recommend her to friends, and hire her again ourselves. She was available for the consultation within a week of us contacting her, and her fee for a 2 hour consultation was very reasonable.

I purchased a one hour consultation with Felicia, which she had donated, at a charity silent auction. We have used her services twice now to select new colours and help with ideas to update our house. She is a joy to work with and makes the most difficult project seem easy. My husband and I have recently renovated our whole main level and basement including reroofing and refacing the outside of our house. This was the first time we had undertaken such a large renovation project and as we got into it we soon realized it was much more work than originally expected. With neither my husband nor myself being particularly creative and starting to get overwhelmed, we knew we needed an objective expert to help. Our kitchen company recommended Felicia Gimza and we started working with her very early on in our project. Felicia has been an absolute delight to work with. She has helped us in almost all of our decisions and as we view our new home she has her fingerprints throughout. She helped us choose our kitchen cabinetry, our colours both inside and out, our counter tops, both hardwood and tile, our new front door, roof colours, windows and garage door, and carpet for the basement. Once we made the foundational decisions, then we got into the ‘FUN” of choosing new furniture for our family room, mantels for the fireplaces, rugs, coffee tables, bar stools, window coverings, cushions and more. Lastly once all arrived, Felicia has helped with furniture placement, where to hang pictures and overall staging! I really do not know what we would have done without Felicia’s support or what we would have ended up with! She listened to what we wanted, what our overall preferences are and worked with us to help make decisions off course taking into account budget throughout. She was patient, but firm in a positive way and made the overall journey less stressful and fun. We would definitely recommend Felicia and are happy to provide a reference.

Recently, we undertook a "redo" of our ground floor, including living room, family room and front foyer. This included new tiling in the foyer, laundry and powder room, new area rug, coffee table and accent pieces, furniture & upholstery in the living room and hallway, We found Felicia (Owner/Operator) at Expert Touch to be just great.
