Cost was covered through the builder on our new home a couple of years ago. I had a lot of problems with BJM, from their painters to their service coordinator, field service manager and even one of the owners to some extent when they had to get involved. The finishing throughout the house, particularly on door/window moldings was poor and this concern was also shared by a neighbor who had the same parties involved in his home building. Finally the management from the builder and BJM had to come to the house to see for themselves and BJM put in a good day's work to fix the problems, but after a LOT of hassle - not fun.
