My wife and I had been searching for a great company to help us with replacing our kitchen floor. One of our friends highly recommened Mike from Hardwood Direct. We shopped around a few places in the area and online. Hardwoods prices were very competitive but what made us decide to go with Hardwood Direct was the level of customer service Mike have us. He even held the flooring for us for A little over a month and gave ke the best pointers on how it should be installed.

My wife and I couldnt be more satisfied with the level of service Mike and Hardwood Direct gave us. We know who we will be using in the future as we continue redoing our house.

I shopped around for hardwood flooring and found hardwood directs pricing to be competitive, the owner mike initally assisted me in store and convinced me it was better to purchase my hardwood early to ensure it is available and they would happily store it for us. I was never made aware that they would count the initial day as our purchase date and not use our pick up date. We picked up and installed our new hardwood within the last three weeks. I have extra hardwood and are now being told its not returnable becuase it's over the 30 days. I left a message for Mike no retruned call, they were great at sales, poor customer service after. I hope the prodcut stands up as I feel the follow up will be non existent. I will make future purchases elsewhere.

Over the last year I have purchased about 2500 sqft of tigerwood flooring from Hardwood-Direct. I visited them (in Calgary) and called them several times whenever I had a question related to hardwood. Always got excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Love there selection, had a very difficult time with a couple other stores making promises on products and not delivering. Mike did an awesome job finding us a beautiful Acacia Hardwood that would hold up against my two kids and three dogs. Cant reccomend these guys enough. Thanks!

I converted my basement into a suite and needed new flooring. The Tigerwood laminate was a great deal and looked really cool. The sales man knew a great deal about flooring. I originally wanted hardwood but was told you can't put it in a basement. I'm really happy with how it looks and got the suite rented fast.

Great service,great selection and pricing. Found the salesperson friendly and helpful who pointed us in the right direction in getting the best product for our needs. I believe the salesperson was named Mike.

I heard their ad on the radio for exotic hardwoods on sale. We really wanted hardwood but had a limited budget. Jay showed me their #2 grade hardwood and explained the differences between that and the #1 grade. The #2 grade definitely fit our budget, but he explained that we needed to be prepared for some imperfections and flaws with this type of product (Isn't that what life is full of?). We were prepared to purchase a few extra boxes if needed. However the installers were able to use a good portion of what we purchased so we didn't need any extra boxes. In fact, we have one box left unopened which we'll hang on to in case of emergency. We are very happy with the service and product we received from Hardwood Direct and will not hesitate to recommend them for great flooring.

i hired this company about 6 months ago to hardwood my living room. they were great and reasonabily priced, although i did have to wait a while for an appointment because they were extremly busy. i give them a thumbs up!
