I shopped around for hardwood flooring and found hardwood directs pricing to be competitive, the owner mike initally assisted me in store and convinced me it was better to purchase my hardwood early to ensure it is available and they would happily store it for us. I was never made aware that they would count the initial day as our purchase date and not use our pick up date. We picked up and installed our new hardwood within the last three weeks. I have extra hardwood and are now being told its not returnable becuase it's over the 30 days. I left a message for Mike no retruned call, they were great at sales, poor customer service after. I hope the prodcut stands up as I feel the follow up will be non existent. I will make future purchases elsewhere.

hello Christine, I did try to call you back.you march 3/15. the wood was bought on nov 31/14 We also held the product for you at no charge for 3 months. You were told we have a 30 day return and it is on your invoice(from date of purchase). when a item is sold it is no longer in my inventory. To give us a 1 out of 10 because the installer gave you the wrong number is not fair. I can put you in our guide if you like for other customer that might want to buy the product for you.
