As a first time home owner I was fortunate to have had the experience of a knowledgable sales associate. She guided us through the build process and pricing for our upgrades and changes to the floor plan painlessly. The home itself more than met our expectations, after living for a year and having our 1 year walk thru the only issues that arose were the standard nail pop outs & that was it! couldn't have had a better experience for our first family home.

Please beware of Lincolnberg Master?? Builder. I recently purchased a new home and could not be any more disappointed. They promise you the moon but after they receive your money you are on your own. Lincolnberg is not prepared in any way to honor promises made or even ensure you are happy and satisfied. They find ways to charge you extra for items they will not provide for you even though you paid extra. Lincolnberg loves to say "it meets code" Last time I checked code was the bare minimum. Certainly you shouldn't be proud that your work meets code. It should always exceed code. If it merely meets code why the hell are you so proud Lincolnberg? There are also a couple narcissists working at Lincolnberg. Kathy Best behaves way outside her pay grade. She should be put in her place. The superintendent of Lincolnberg threatened me when I pointed out a shoddy job. They definitely Do Not have your interests in mind at this Master Builder. They are just after your money. Expensive lesson for me. Be forewarned.

I love Lincolnberg!!! I strongly recommended this construction company to my friends because the quality of house and service they provide. This is not our first new house. I used to deal with quite a few house builders. But Lincolnberg is the best one! You will not regret if you choose Lincolnberg as your new house builder!

I bought a beautiful house from this builder and I love it, good service and good quality. I recommend this builder to everyone.

It depends on your needs but they are helpful and try to meet your needs.

We fell in love with the Tennesyon showhome immediately! we then had lincolnberg master builder build us our very own! what a great experience from start to finish! The love affair that lasts!

I was just told to have some respect by the construction manager as I was filling out my client care.

Lincolnberg missed the 6 month walk through after they canceled the appointment without reason at the time and failed to call back, I was unable to book at 6 month, I asked for the 6 month to be done during my 12 month as I was updating outstanding items, as they asked me to do.

I left a message that said, I was canceled without noticed. The manager then replied back telling me to, "have some respect". This seems highly out of the ordinary for any professional company as all I was doing was updating outstanding items as I have waited over 6 months for them to be fixed which, still havent been fixed.

I strongly recommend anyone buying a home to AVOID lincolnberg. This company will ignore you once you buy the home which is a large investment. Find someone who will take care of you afterwards.

I was later told that I was canceled because he Superintendent had a kid, which great for him but I still never got a follow up a week or even a month later. Kid or not, that is disrespectful.

Lincolnberg is a wonderful company. Every one i dealt with from start to finish made me feel as though they really cared about my family and my home. I was able to visit my home at many different stages of construction which made me confident in the quality of home I was being provided with. They were my information station, providing answers to ALL of my questions.I would recommend them to both friends and family.

Unethical Company with unprofessional approach .Never showed lot plan.Drive way cut in to 1.1/4 with we don't care attitude.Issues and Deficiencies came to me as shock. On web they showed Bigger Size of Loft, On contract its much smaller.

No guarantee on roof installations. Sadly, our roof needs to be replaced after 12 years, they promised a 20 year guarantee. They said nothing can be done to help us.

We began the process of purchasing a new home early this year after seeing an ad on ComFree. During initial visits the sales man told us the project would be done in September or October; he was also telling everybody else looking those dates. Upon final signing they tell you it will take 7 months from the start of construction, when I asked about this about a month after signing because it appeared to be taking some time to start construction the sales man gave me quite a bit of attitude and told us November wasn't out of the question. He also told my husband more recently we should be in the home by the end of November however he hasn't given us our 35 day notice so November is now out of the question and because we sold our current house we are going to be homeless come December! We've been given false information throughout the whole process from different people, they are very unapologetic and don't seem to want to get their sh*t together. They've got our money in their pocket and that is all they care about!
