LVS is worst unethical unprofessional company we have seen in security industry.
Avoid!
We are 26 year old company who signed up with 3 year contract in 2012 with LVS for total cost of $3600.00 excluding police service. Yes it was a rip off! they install a very low end analog system with no automatic notification. During the installation were told that after the 3 year contract, every hardware will be our property except the GSM unit. When we wanted to cancel the service after three years the LVS wanted to remove all the sensors and the contact including all the wiring saying even the wire is belongs to them. We agreed to return the panel and keypad they want to rip off the wires saying it belongs to them. This behavior implies the class of the company and how low his employees are paid to demolish the wires so their unhappy customers can not easily move to other alarm companies. It is purely a revenge action for cancelling their service even after the contract. We have renewed our service with another company with digital alarm system with free installation with total 3 year cost of monitoring for 1250.00. They offered email and SMS notification and life person alert within seconds. LVS has their own (may be home based) monitoring with at least 30-45 minutes delayed alert every incidents and I noticed only same two person spoke to us in all incidents. if you need more info or authenticate this story please email ravilink@yahoo.com
