Artisan Kitchens

This was my first major house renovation and with all the stories you hear I was apprehensive. Dave and Linda quickly put me at ease. The project stayed on budget and time. It turned out amazing. All the workers were friendly, polite , did a excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. The project took longer then I thought it would but I was prepared for it and that way everything stayed on schedule. There were a few very minor touch ups at end that were fixed in timely manner. To be honest I probably would not have noticed but Linda's eye for detail during walk thru spotted them. John the project manager was great.

We worked with Dave and team at Artisan Kitchen this past summer for our kitchen renovation. The entire team was very professional and courteous. We were kept up to date about delays in our renovation due to supply chain issues. And the work was completed in an appropriate amount of time. The quality of work was great. We are very pleased with the design and functionality of our new kitchen. We would definitely use artisan kitchen again for future projects.

Artisan completed a renovation project for me in 2020. I had never done a renovation before so the process was quite new to me. There were some different expectations along the way as well as a few delays and misunderstandings. However, Dave, Lynn and their entire crew were professional, took the time to keep me informed and were genuinely committed to providing me with a product that matched my vision. Their dedication to the project from start to finish was exceptional and appreciated. I always felt that my project was important to them and that I was a priority. When there were additional issues to address after the project was done, they didn't forget about me and addressed them professionally and promptly. Artisan is a business of integrity with good people. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely hire Artisan again.

We contracted with Artisan Kitchens for a renovation to our kitchen and much of the main floor. We were provided with many different options of layouts before we decided on a plan. The entire Artisan team and subcontractors were professional and did high quality work. Dave and Lynn were great to work with. The Builder Trend software made communication easy and kept us aware of the whole scheduling process. The work was completed exactly within the proposed timeline and within budget. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and other renos.

When we were contacting various renovation companies to estimate the scope and cost of work, we were immediately impressed with Artisan. Dave (owner) personally came to look at the existing kitchen. Despite our relatively small project, he spent time and effort to understand our requirements for a new kitchen. Dave translated our vague goals (better layout and cabinetry, new appliances in different locations, etc) into a detailed project proposal with timeline and cost breakdown - before we had even decided to go ahead with Artisan. The proposal set clear expectations about everything - costs, schedule, warranty, even data sheets for the cabinet hardware.

Lynn (also owner) managed the execution of our project. We appreciated her frequent and open communication. When one of the suppliers didn't have materials ready by the planned date (not Artisan's fault), Lynn reworked the schedule so that our completion date was unaffected.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and the fit and finish of our new kitchen. We use our kitchen heavily and everything is working well.

Even though we were a small client, we believe that Artisan treated our project with the same attention and care as they do for their large clients.

Artisan Kitchen and Renovations was recommended to us by a colleague. We were about to undertake a major renovations in our home and wanted to work with a reliable company. Our initial meeting with Dave confirmed we had made the right choice.

Dave is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable . He spent a great deal of time with us during our first meeting. We never felt rushed. He explained in great detail, what his company would offer, and the process it would undertake to complete the renovations.

Once we decided on the final draft, we were given a binder outlining a detailed work plan and cost. Builder Trend, allowed us to view "on-line" the scheduling of all activities and progress.

Dave and Lynn are committed to customer satisfaction. As a result, they employ a team of professionals who are experts in their respective trades. The workers took pride in their work and were dedicated to the high standards set by their employers. Dave and Lynn manage their company with a great deal of integrity.

We had access to Melissa, an interior designer , to help us navigate the many choices available to us. With her expert guidance we were able to make suitable decisions. Dave also provided us with the names of contacts for flooring, counter tops, appliances, stairs and bannisters. This narrowed down the field of options available and facilitated the decision-making process.

Dave and Lynn are dedicated to working with their clients. They are always available to answer questions and immediately follow up on any concerns. Lynn has a keen eye for detail during the final walk-through. As a result, she identified and addressed the fine tuning that needed to be completed. There is clear communication with their customers and the trades, thus ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design and construction process.

Our kitchen and lower floor were transformed from the 1980's to a contemporary, inviting space. Friends described it has having a "show home" quality . We are extremely pleased with the results.

We are very impressed with the service and caliber of work provided by Artisan Kitchens and as a result , we will be renovating the upper level in the future.

Artisan Kitchens and Renovations did an excellent job with our luxury spa bathroom and laundry room reno which included new furnace, air conditioning, water heater, electrical panel and all new plumbing and heating runs. Dave and Lynn provide professional and timely designs and communication with us. All tradespeople were friendly and skilled providing us with beautiful results on time and on budget. This is our 2nd project with Artisan. In 2018 they did a stunning reno on our kitchen and living room! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again... if I had any renovations left to do!
