Brian from Brooklin Heating came over when I called him about a new air conditioner. He spent lots of time helping me choose the right air conditioner and educated me about the different types, qualities and brands. He also spent time telling me about the whole industry and different products availible. After speaking with him, we ended up installing a tankless water heater and humidifier.

The installations were all done on time and in my opinion very neat and tidey.

I wouldn't hesitate telling anyone I know to contact him for this kind of work.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Make sure you find a company who will take the time and educate you, not only tell you what you need, but why you need it.

very professional and providing a quote, very detailed oriented, and explanation of work to be performed.

him and his assistant did the work promised, performed it on time, and followed-up as indicated.

we will be working on installing a new furnace for a future job.

would recommend/user brooklin heating for future jobs.

What could this company do to improve their services?: brooklin did a *very* good job, they could've made it excellent if they cleaned up (re: removed the packaging material) after installing the tankless water heater in my basement.
