I did order a slide-in range (Frigidaire Professional CPCS3085LF Hybrid Induction, Self Clean, Convection, Warming Draw.) from then the 21st of december 2010. It was half the price because of christmas rebates. I did receive the range the 29. It was quite impressive...
The control panel is broken and even after 4 emails to the consumer service with pictures of the range, a call I have no idea to do. Frigidaire/electrolux claims that they have no reponsability even if the packaging was perfect without any signs of anything....
Well, as their consumer service seem to read more the reactions of people here than their emails... i send it here...
what can I do more ?
