New Samsung Refrigerator Purchase
Shopping for our Samsung refrigerator, we had visited 3 other stores but based on Home Star's reviews of CAS I wanted to visit the store to see. Our salesman Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Alex was able to price match a less expensive quote I had got from Sears on the model I was interested in. We had narrowed our decision down between two Samsung fridges but unfortunately they did not have them on the floor to view. Alex showed us a similar model, kind of the in-between the two models in that it didn't have the in-door water dispenser. Alex was very patient, gave us time to talk in private to make our decision. We felt that he really listened to our needs to helped us realize we based on our preferences we would probably be happiest with the in-between model. I was truly impressed that he didn't try and talk us into getting the most expensive one among our selections. CAS was also able to provide the soonest delivery date than the other retailers I had looked at. The delivery was on time, efficient and they removed my previous fridge (for a fee). I liked that they email you a website that shows you gps where your truck is throughout the day to give you an estimate of when they'll arrive. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm glad I decided to make my purchase with CAS.
