I wanted to buy a range on clearance but didn't want immediate delivery because I wasn't ready for it for another 6 weeks. Sent email, no reply. Called and the sales guy said no problem, go ahead and order online there will be a place to register when you want delivery; then just call when you want it shipped. There wasn't a place for scheduling. Sent email again to confirm what I was told. Next thing I got was an email from the shipper saying it would arrive in 2 days. Called the shipper to stop shipment. Emailed again. No reply. I don't know where my range is. I'm frantically trying to make a space in the room for this range. It could have been so easy if Sales just checked and replied to email.
