I ordered a washer and dryer in september, was told by the salesperson since its a gas dryer it'll be delivered in 2 weeks. 2 weeks had gone by and nothing came, 3rd week passed, 4th week passed nothing came so i've waited more than one month for nothing. And in those weeks i've tried to follow up the status and was always told its coming the following week so fifth week ive had enough since i was informed, when i called their customer service again to follow up, that the item is in back order and will be available in november. So i demanded a refund, at first they would not want to refund the 25% but i was like its not my fault and its not fair that i paid the right amount and my stuff were not delivered at the time it was originally promised would arrive. So i demanded to talked to manager, thats the only time the customer service agent explained my situation to her manager since when she got back on the line she told me they are gonna refund the 100% then. Terrible customer service line, seems like they are not happy with their job. Anyway, after almost 2 months, i got my refund, i should have even charged them with the interests incurred in my credit card.
