Major appliances - fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer
When another major retailer told us they'd match any price except Canadian Appliance Source we immediately sent them a quote request which came in about $1000 below everyone else including free shipping to our home.
I did some research online and told their sales guy I was skeptical because of what I was reading. I was fine telling him that up front and felt like he gave me a fair response and we agreed on a delivery date.
Originally one of the appliances was not in stock and I would have to pick that one up separately but by the time delivery happened on the date we had scheduled all five appliances were there.
Delivery was during the time window they said, two guys showed up and unboxed appliances and got them in the right place. No issues at all.
Price was great, communication was great, got exactly the appliances we were looking for at a great price.
