Horrible experience with Canadian Appliance Source. Purchased a stackable washer and dryer, but the stacking kit was missing from the package, as confirmed by their parts department. Multiple installation attempts failedonce they didnt call my tenant despite repeated instructions, and another time they sent unqualified technicians who admitted they couldnt complete the job.

The sales reps, Farman and Christina, deflected responsibility, and HQ staff like Andy stopped responding altogether. Customer service was rude and dismissive at every step. CAS promises professionalism and customer satisfaction, but my experience was the opposite. Avoid at all costs.
